About the role:

  • Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts.
  • Engage with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims process.
  • Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
  • Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
  • Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Knowledge of the insurance claims process (advantageous, not essential)
  • Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance (highly regarded)
